Mr. Kuldeep Singh Kohli is a distinguished entrepreneur, visionary business leader, and one of India's most respected personalities in the footwear manufacturing and export industry. As the Founder and Managing Director of Aryman Footwear Exports Private Limited and the visionary behind the renowned men's footwear brand San Frissco, he has played a transformative role in redefining Indian footwear manufacturing through innovation, quality, design excellence, and digital commerce.

With over two decades of entrepreneurial leadership, Mr. Kohli has successfully established a strong domestic and international presence by combining traditional manufacturing expertise with modern retail strategies. His journey reflects determination, innovation, and a deep understanding of changing consumer preferences, making him an inspiration for India's MSME sector.

Established in 2005, Aryman Footwear Exports Private Limited initially focused on producing classic men's footwear for the domestic market. Recognizing the rapid evolution of consumer behavior and the growing influence of digital commerce, Mr. Kohli strategically transformed the business during 2014–15 by embracing e-commerce and introducing contemporary footwear collections that catered to the aspirations of India's young and style-conscious consumers.

Under his leadership, the San Frissco brand expanded beyond conventional retail and became available across leading e-commerce marketplaces while simultaneously launching its own online retail platform. This strategic digital transformation enabled the company to reach customers across India and significantly strengthen its brand identity. Today, San Frissco is recognized for offering premium-quality footwear that combines craftsmanship, comfort, contemporary fashion, and affordability, serving customers across the 20–50 age group.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Mr. Kuldeep Singh Kohli has consistently worked towards strengthening the footwear manufacturing ecosystem and promoting the interests of MSMEs. As the Founding President of the Fraternity of Agra Footwear Manufacturers (FAFM), he has actively fostered collaboration among manufacturers, promoted technological modernization, encouraged export competitiveness, and supported initiatives aimed at enhancing the global competitiveness of India’s footwear industry.

Throughout his career, he has strongly advocated innovation, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, sustainable manufacturing, skill development, and market expansion for MSMEs. His leadership has encouraged businesses to adopt emerging technologies, improve operational efficiency, and embrace modern business models capable of competing in global markets.

Recognizing his extensive industry experience and his commitment to the growth of India’s MSME ecosystem, the Corporate Council for Leadership & Awareness (CCLA) has appointed Mr. Kuldeep Singh Kohli as Chairman – MSME Development Council (Special Cell – CCLA).

In this strategic leadership role, Mr. Kohli will lead initiatives focused on empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises through innovation, technology adoption, digital transformation, export promotion, capacity building, industry collaboration, policy advocacy, and strategic partnerships. He will work closely with government institutions, industry associations, academic organizations, startups, financial institutions, and technology partners to create a dynamic ecosystem that enables MSMEs to become globally competitive.

His vision for the MSME Development Council is to accelerate the transition of Indian enterprises towards smart manufacturing, AI-enabled business practices, Industry 4.0 technologies, digital commerce, and sustainable growth. Through knowledge-sharing platforms, industry outreach, mentorship programs, innovation networks, investment facilitation, and collaborative initiatives, he aims to strengthen the capabilities of Indian MSMEs and contribute meaningfully to the national vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
